There's nothing to install and nothing to learn — you just text her. Here's what to say.

That last one removes whatever she just added — you're always one word from undoing anything.

What happens on its own

Email watching: school, doctor, team and activity emails become calendar events by themselves. If she's not sure, she asks first — YES or NO, one tap.
The morning rundown: a short text with everyone's day, every morning.
Memory: tell her something once — a name, an allergy, your part of town — and she keeps it. Say "forget that" any time.

The Google connection — what she can and can't see

She reads your email to find dates — that is the only email permission she has. She cannot send email as you, and when you ask her to write something, she texts you the draft to copy and send yourself.
She writes events to your calendar and confirms anything she's unsure about before it lands.
Her access token is stored encrypted, on a private server, tied only to your account.
You can cut her off in one tap, any time: Google Account → Security → Third-party access → remove Agatha. She'll tell you if that happens rather than silently failing.
Your family's data belongs to your family — exporting or deleting everything is one request away. Full details in the privacy policy.

Use Apple Calendar? Perfect — one-time setting

Agatha writes to your Google Calendar. To see her events in your iPhone's Calendar app: Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Google, sign in, leave Calendars on.
That's it — everything Agatha adds appears right alongside your existing calendar, in the app you already use.

Email research — new!

Can you find all the invoices from Sparrow Homes in my email and make a spreadsheet with the invoice number, amount, and date?

She'll search your email (read-only), pull out the details, and put a spreadsheet in your Google Drive — invoices, receipts, school forms, travel confirmations, anything she can find by searching. If she isn't sure exactly what you want, she'll ask one quick question first.
